IBI Services:
The IBI Artificial Intelligence Collaboratory is a group of Penn informatics faculty with expertise in artificial intelligence, data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, pattern recognition, and text mining who are interested in collaborating on biomedical and clinical research projects.
The IBI Bioinformatics Core provides professional bioinformatics services with a focus on next-generation DNA and RNA sequence analysis. Projects needing support for epigenomics, genomic data mining, functional genomics, and computational biology are welcome.
The IBI Clinical Research Informatics Core provides an array of computational services to support the utilization of clinical data for biomedical research at the University of Pennsylvania. We provide assistance with clinical data access, machine learning, natural language processing, and data visualization.
The IBI Visual Analytics Collaboratory is a group of Penn informatics faculty with expertise in data visualization, exploratory visual analysis, and virtual reality who are interested in collaborating on biomedical and clinical research projects.
